We breed from a purpose-built rabbit shed which has been specificaly designed for housing rabbits. Our hutches are large which provides lots of room for our babies as well as essential rooms for toys and piles of hay - both of which we see as very important to the welfare

  and happiness of our rabbits. We only keep a small breeding stock consisting of Ebony, Nelly, Honey, Millie, Macie and Flopsy our does and Jake our buck. Some of our rabbits are a continuation of lines started by Sunflower Nursery many years ago and we are excited to be able to continue these lines and provide rabbits with extremely soft and gentle personalities. Here at Dandelion Nursery we concentrate our efforts on breeding friendly, tame rabbits suitable for children and families. We spend a great deal of time and effort with our babies during the vital first few weeks of life to ensure that they grow up to be confident rabbits that are already used to household noises and other pets.

People considering rehoming a rabbit from us are more than welcome to come and visit and ask any questions they may have before they make their decision. We will happily keep you updated via email or phone on the progress of your chosen babies once they have been reserved at around 4 weeks of age until they are ready to leave their Mums at 8 weeks of age. No baby will leave us until we are sure that it is eating independently and is healthy and happy. We will then provide you with a lifetime of aftercare and advice should you need it.
